“Dear Jerome,
We got to Seattle yesterday noon. Took a bus from Tacoma. We sure seen some nice country on our trip. Wish you could have been with us.
We are going out to see the city today. Cliff got a pair of Field glasses here. They are sure good.
We expect to leave here tonight. Might stop over some other place.
Cliff is sure on the go. Hard to keep up with him. I went to bed last night. Cliff and Nellie went out to a show.
