Well how’s my boy? Fine I hope. I have been waiting to hear from you.

I have house cleaned my kitchen. I have the floor left to paint. I painted some of the furniture gray & red. Looks good.

Can you stay Monday this time you come out. I hope so. I haven’t heard from Beany since we sent him those things for his birthday but Sila had a letter from him Monday. Cliff had a card from Milly.

Will see you Sat eve. I sent you the press. Have you heard from your draft board?
