“My Dear Ome,

Got home O.K. Cliff met me with the car. Sniffy was with to.

I have baked and cleaned house ever since I got home. I wrote to Beany & Milly today and sent Beany a book of stamps and a carton of cigarettes. I’m writing Jean soon and thanking them for such a lovely dinner I had.

Cliff will write to you and let you know when he will be down. Thanks so much for taking me to the train Mon nite. I had such a good time this trip. I’ll write you a letter Sun.

We have no dog food anymore so Sniffy dont feel so good. Write soon and be careful. We love you.

Mom”
