Hires Root Beer

Hires Root Beer

“Dear Honey,

Hope you got home safe in sound! Bet you’re lonesome eh? I am!

Dad has been sleeping soundly since 8:40 and it’s now 11:00- we are sure glad! He woke up once and had a drink of water. Said he had no pain then.

Milly and Cliff just brought Mom and I some sandwiches and Root Beer.

Spose I’ll be tired tomorrow but can sleep then. Will write again tomorrow sweetheart. I sure like my jacket!

All my love,

Jerry”
