Pacific USO Show 1944

“Dear Jean & Jerry,

Your V-mail of Feb. 27th came yesterday. I received one from Lucy Wells, too, and I just finished writing to her. Thanks for sending a package- I should be getting it soon.

I received my second copy of the Mpls. paper, an Appleton Press, Milly’s picture and the folder about Sunset Memorial. Milly’s picture is very goof of her, isn’t it? Sunset Memorial Park must be a very beautiful place.

Have you heard from Beany? My last letter from him was dated Jan. 30th. Yesterday I saw a stage show here- Ray Milland and three Hollywood girls. They and a service men’s band put on a good performance. The autograph hunters were busy afterward.

I sent you and Inga a coconut today. You’ll be getting them in a month or so. My mail has been coming regularly. Bye now.

Love, Cliff”
