“Dear J. & J.,

Was to show tonite seen ‘Hotel Berlin’. Sun eve we played Bingo. I bingoed 9 times and won $9.40. I was really ashamed to call bingo. Lucky eh!

I sent you a box today for a Easter remembrances. I planted a garden today for the folks. Got a letter from Freddie today. Sais he was on his way to Berlin. Was fine.

Hot weather here now. Evenings cool so one can sleep anyhow. Ill write a letter later this week.
